A lot of graphic files we are receiving lately from our customers do not meet the specifications required to go to press without spending valuable time fixing and or trying to explain to our customers what is required for them to print without any problems. To make this as simple as possible we need to have the following procedure put in place. First make sure you use one of the acceptable programs listed below, then make sure you follow the instructions in points 1 through 5 exactly. If any of the 5 points are missing there will be a minimum charge of $25 if we need to start evaluating the files. A separate quote will be given if more work then the $25 is required. Thank you... | - | Photoshop CS Version 8 (only recommended for 4 color process jobs) |
| 1. All electronic files submitted to us need to be accompanied with laser print outs of each color plate and a composite plate. These print outs have to be faxed to us at 415-491-1754 or send by mail. | |
| 2. Art needs to be in spot colors, unless we quoted you for a 4 color process job. | |

3. Always provide a folder of your Fonts (printer and screen fonts) or outline all your fonts. |

| 4. If your file was created in PC Platform please save the files as a generic "EPS" File. | |
| 5. When emailing please stuff/zip all files to prevent email corruptions. If the compressed file is bigger than 5MB save it on to a CD and mail it to us, or call and we can set up a ftp. |
